curls and naturals texturizer hair softener review

So I’ve decided not to relax any of my children’s hair. This is because I want to give them the chance to make that decision on their own when they are older and know what they want.

But it hasn’t been easy dealing with their hair in its natural state, especially with the older one. Her hair turns to get dry and it can be very difficult trying to comb it.

So I decided to try a texturizer for her hair since a texturizer is only meant to loosen and soften the hair. I got this curls and naturals texturizer hair softener by biocare labs for her hair.

What made me choose this brand was that, the product was free of parabens and when it comes to products I use for my kids, I want to make sure it is a safe product to use.

This is what biocare labs says about their product:

  • Excellent for softening your natural hair texture for deeper natural waves or curl pattern.
  • Great for short or long wavy styles
  • Texturizer Softener keeps hair health with it’s blend of natural plant extracts.

My experience with biocare curls and naturals texturizer

From the photos above, you can tell that the product really does what they said it would. It is however advisable to do a strand test before you used the creme. This will help you know if it will work for your hair and for how long to leave the creme in your hair.

I started seeing results immediately I applied the creme in her hair and began combing it. I didn’t want the product to be in her hair for long so I applied it quickly and washed it for her. Her hair was now soft and it was so easy to comb through without her crying. And the best part was, her hair was still in its natural state, not relaxed.

Biocare Labs Curls And Naturals Texturizer Hair Softener Review 3

I wanted to know how long the effects will last before I wrote my review on the blog. It’s being a month now since I used the product and her hair is still soft and I’m able to comb through for her.

This is definitely a product I will use for her hair again. It makes it easier to work on her hair and I recommend it to anyone who only wants to soften their hair and not relax it.

Although if you have long and thick hair, then one wouldn’t be enough. You should get two or more.

    • Mavis, my guess is that you already have soft hair and didn’t need to use the texturizer or you had it in longer than it was supposed to. If your hair is relaxed now, then i cant tell if it will turn natural again. After using it for my daughter’s hair, it made it softer and somewhat curly, but it did return to its natural texture after some time.
