Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz / 400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 30–40 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice for even cooking.
  6. Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
