Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 30–40 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice for even cooking.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
