Method
Mix the Wet Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Add the Dry Ingredients
- Fold in the oats, hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
Chill the Mixture
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm it up for easier rolling.
Roll into Balls
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon per bite. Roll between your hands to form balls. If sticky, lightly dampen your hands.
Set and Store
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for 1 hour to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer.
