Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quick oats gluten-free
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt

Method
 

Mix the Wet Ingredients
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Add the Dry Ingredients
  1. Fold in the oats, hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm it up for easier rolling.
Roll into Balls
  1. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon per bite. Roll between your hands to form balls. If sticky, lightly dampen your hands.
Set and Store
  1. Place the bites on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for 1 hour to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer.
