  • 1/2 cup milk soymilk or cow milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup berries frozen
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 scoop protein

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and wait until the texture becomes smooth. It’s a good idea to add water as the blender works; that way, you will be able to get your desired consistency.
