Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond milk or oat milk for creaminess
  • 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
  • cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or 1 pitted date for natural sweetness

Method
 

  1. Blend hemp seeds and milk first to break down the seeds thoroughly and ensure a smooth texture.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, sweetener, and any optional add-ins.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add a splash more milk if the smoothie is too thick.
  4. Serve immediately.
