Peel the banana and chop it into smaller pieces.
Wash the spinach/kale, cucumber, apple, and ginger. Remove the skin from the ginger.
Chop the cucumber and apple into smaller, manageable pieces.
In your blender, add in all the ingredients – banana, spinach/kale, cucumber, apple, ginger, chia seeds, almond milk, and ice cubes (if using).
Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more almond milk or water to thin it out.
Pour your Green Goddess Smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup and enjoy immediately!
