Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

Mix the Dry Ingredients
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk Wet Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine & Mix
  1. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
Heat the Pan
  1. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and warm over medium heat.
Shape the Bunny
  1. Pour a medium circle for the bunny’s head.
  2. Add two smaller ovals at the top for ears.
  3. Optional: small circles for cheeks or paws.
  4. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden.
Assemble & Decorate
  1. Arrange pancake shapes into a bunny face. Add berries, banana slices, whipped cream, or syrup for decoration and sweetness.
